Prose
Prose is a place for me (Celene Starlight) to jot down thoughts that may or may not become page articles. The content will be rough around the edges and may not convey a complete picture of what I want to say or say it as eloquently as I would like, but may be relevant to someone fishing for an inside peek into what the company is about.
Recruiting Philosophy

That I can tell, just about every recruiting FC out there casts as wide a net as possible and takes members from anyone willing to join. They operate on the basis of untargeted ads and unsolicited invitations to bulk numbers up as much and as fast as possible. I very much dislike this and it's not something the SFC (Starlight Free Company) does or will do in the future.
Instead, I prefer looking for people who have good quality and character, spending time with them, and, preferably, letting them ask to join the company if they want to. Some people are too shy or feel like they're an imposition so won't ask, so depending on the person we might let someone know that joining the company is an option on the table.
What "Good Qualities" are.

The most basic quality I look for is a person who's more into quality than quantity when choosing their friends and who value having some connection with others as individuals rather than trying to have enough casual friends to rotate in whenever they need spaces filled. At the same time, however, I want these people to have a disposition to help people outside their friend circle and to treat them well. The company is meant to be a force for enhancing the journey of other warriors of light and seeks to be a positive influence on them, and members of the company should all care about that to some degree.
The second basic quality I look for is patience. Filling out some duty that a new player needs to run can take a while. Sure, a lot of things can be undersized, but this makes the journey cheap and prevents the new player from having any sense of accomplishment. Helping people do something and doing it for them are very different things, and the difference has profound consequences on how the game is viewed by that player. Patience is also necessary when new players make mistakes that new players make, whether that's not knowing mechanics, or understanding how their job abilities are supposed to work.
